What is “Voyage PLUS card”?

It is a mobile-enabled discount, loyalty and membership card which enables the cardholder to avail of exclusive travel conveniences through SMS.

Who will best benefit from a Voyage PLUS card?

If you are a frequent provincial bus rider plying the northern and or central Luzon routes, you will benefit greatly just from the discounts given by Victory Liner.

The card is especially for you, if you are:

> A student studying and boarding in Manila, but residing in Baguio or up north (or vice versa);
> An employee or professional assigned to a northern provincial assignment, but residing in Manila (or vice versa);
> People who otherwise traverse the northern-central Luzon routes frequently

What other benefits do I get?

A Voyage Plus Card is built in with other value-added benefits, including:

> Accident insurance from Malayan Insurance Corporation with a face amount of P10,000 and valid for one year
> Prepaid load of P50 from Globe Autoload Max.
>Mileage and Rewards Points - for frequent users.
>Ticketext System - You can purchase items simply by texting.

Is Voyage Plus available to all mobile phone lines?

At present, Voyage Plus runs through Globe and Touch Mobile lines. In the next few months, however, Voyage Plus will also be available to users of other mobile phone lines.

What benefits can a company get from being a Voyage Plus
affiliate establishment?

Your establishment can enjoy the following benefits:

a. A loyal base of customers since they will be given 10 to 20% discount
b. Access to the data base of Voyage Plus cardholders
c. Possible new customers since your company name will be listed in the affiliates’ directory to be given to all Victory Plus cardholders
d. Opportunity to broadcast your promos through SMS or MMS to Voyage Plus cardholders
e. Two (2) complimentary cards per affiliate establishment

What will Rapide Synergie do to promote Voyage Plus and,
thus, get more cardholders?

To promote Voyage Plus, Rapide Synergie will do the following marketing activities:

> Leafletting to Victory Liner passengers as well as to customers of affiliate establishments
> Giving away of complimentary Voyage Plus cards to media writers so they can experience the benefits of Voyage Plus cards - and give us a good write-up.
> Direct mail campaign to schools and companies in Baguio, Dagupan, Olongapo, Subic and Metro Manila.

What if I am a Smart or Sun Cellular user?

Voyage Plus has sim swap centers, located at Victory Liner Pasay Terminal, Victory Liner Cubao Terminal, Siesta and TravelGate in Tralac. You may exchange your non-Globe sim card to avail the FREE P50 Globe load and other benefits that Voyage Plus offers.

What is TravelMAX Universal prepaid?

A mobile-enabled universal prepaid card that allows the cardholder to make purchases to TravelMAX Member Merchants through SMS (texting). TravelMAX serves as an “electronic wallet”. " Where can I buy TravelMax cards?

Do TravelMAX cards have an expiry date?

Expiry date is three (3) months from initial texting using the PIN Code. Ex: If customer A texts a booking to Victory on Jan. 30, 2004 as his first transaction using TravelMax, expiry is on April 30, 2004. An SMS message will inform the user of this.

Relationship of TravelMax to Voyage Plus card

The Voyage PLUS card serves similar to a SIM card vis-à-vis the TravelMAX card. A person cannot use a TravelMax card if he is not registered as a Voyage PLUS member. In the same light, a Voyage PLUS cardholder must load amounts in his cell phone through the TravelMAX.
